How brilliant it is to know that we have local Australian companies like Haigh’s chocolates looking after those of us who must live a gluten free lifestyle. Especially after Cadbury’s recent packaging update. If you head into one of their local Adelaide stores they can even provide you with a list of what in their range contains ‘no detectable gluten’, which if required also lists what is ‘egg free’. It was easier just to list here what out of their 178 strong product range ISN’T gluten free, now that is a nice surprise!
