If you are looking for a quick and healthy but flavour packed gluten free meal you can't go past this recipe for asian influenced prawns and chilli greens. You can use any greens you like but we chose beans and asparagus because they are our favourites. It is of course a fully gluten free recipe but it is also paleo friendly meaning it is free from dairy, processed foods and peanuts. Both of these make stupendous gluten free tapas dishes too if you are putting a bunch of small plates together.

We love greens with a little crunch but if you like them well done you will need to cook them a little longer.

Serve on a plate and enjoy! We filled out this gluten free meal by serving it with zucchini and pumpkin fritters with guacamole.
