These gluten free falafel with hummus have been a staple at many a party for us lately. They are simple to make but so delicious. The best part is they are gluten, dairy, egg and peanut free, as well as vegan. So, they are suitable for all of our friends and our month of anti-inflammatory and whole food eating. They are also great on a bed of salad for lunch or dinner.
